Important Booking Conditions
  • Normally clients must depart the Tenerife apartment by 10.30 a.m and entry is after 3 pm, however, this may be flexible at the time and only if agreed
  • No pets
  • Maximum of 4 persons
  • A deposit of £75 per week (and any part) is required within 7 working days of receiving our booking confirmation. The balance is due 42 days prior to your entry date
  • Bed and linen change is weekly and there's a cleaning service prior to arrival
  • All linen and towels are supplied
  • Electricity is included in the tariff
  • Payment must be in £'s sterling and can be made by cheque, postal order or direct bank transfer
