Important Booking Conditions

Normally clients must depart the Tenerife apartment by 10:30am and entry is after 3pm, however, this may be flexible at the time and only if agreed

Strictly no smoking allowed within the apartment

A deposit of 30% is required within 7 working days of receiving our booking confirmation. The balance is due 56 days prior to your entry date

The accommodation is cleaned ready for your arrival and for stays of 12 nights and upwards there’s a weekly mini clean and linen change

All linen and towels are supplied
